Cleanse & Prep Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and pat dry. Make sure your skin is clean before applying. Take Adequate Amount Squeeze out 2–3 fingers’ length of sunscreen (around a teaspoon for face & neck). Apply Evenly Dot the sunscreen across your face, neck, and exposed areas. Spread it evenly without rubbing harshly. Use Before Sun Exposure Apply 15–20 minutes before stepping out into the sun. Reapply for Full Protection Reapply every 2–3 hours, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel-drying.
